Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you full command over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mailbox accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just select the e-mailbox you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
